best cpus preformance

Post  predator78 on Sat Nov 22, 2014 3:52 am

Top CPUs, for chess with maximal performance Well ofcourse, Xeon e5 v3 is a leader. But have a many tricks and tips about how to prove this ,and i think that I7-5960x is better against any xeon>>>>> So ,that i7-5960x 3.0 ghz but with high liquid cooling will be get 4.8ghz and of course from 15.993 will be jump to 28,679.,,, and im sure that is better for chess.,Now Xeon is leader with clock 2,3 ghz and bench  to 25.192 But we see that xeon has a low clock cpu and to jump over this is impossible So, taht ,, I7 is more stronger!! and much cheaper processor,  so that is very important thing

Would like to share my information over here. My CPU I7-5960x ( 8 core) is over clocked

to 4.5GHZ Liquid cool. When Running Fritz Bench mark I get **Relative speed 52.20** and **Kilo notes per second is 25054** Hyper-Threading Technology OFF

When CPU is fully loaded my cores temp is about 76C. Overall I have to admit this is Monster killer beast. The performance is just phenomenal.
