Step 1) You get a FIDE rating when you play OTB FIDE rated tournaments.

Step 2) If you are rated 1100 ELO you should learn endgames and easy tactics. Mate in 1-2. And tactics where you have to place material on there board to get a mate. Trains visualization. Choose 2 openings what you play as Black against e4/d4
As White choose 1 opening. These 3-4 openings you should learn but not to move 20 :-)

Step 3) Play Chess . No blitz but 15min games or without time limit.

PDF's related to visualization are shared in this forum. Going through these PDF's will give you a better idea about visualization.

I suggest to go through the three volumes of calculation training books. Which were also shared in our forum.

Thank you..

Any (easy) puzzle where you just look at the diagram without moving pieces on a board helps I guess.
The book "1001 Chess Exercises for Beginners - Franco Masetti & Roberto Messa" is ok or check "Mastering Mates 1"

Endgames? More openings? Playing more games? Analyzing mistakes? I have no clue :-)
