SDVL - Definition Empty SDVL - Definition

I have seen a lot of threads about SDVL trainers.
What exactly does SDVL stand for?
Upon googling, I found nothing much other than "Super Duper Video Less" and "Scientific Development and Visualization Laboratory".
Does SDVL trainer mean that you don't get to play the video but only the audio in the trainer?

CBFT = Chess Base Fritz Trainer    (untouched full Video DVD)

VL = Video Less  (audio is of higher bit rate)

SDVL = Super Duper Video Less (audio is only 16bit)

Regarding your query, yes there won't be any video, just audio. It won't make much difference for most of the people.
Hope this helps.
